This heavy-duty steel single-point sling mount is a simple, direct replacement of the original lower receiver end plate on  collapsible stock equipped AR15s. That is the flat plate that is sandwiched between the castle nut and the lower receiver. 

 It mimics the original specs, but incorporates a metal loop to attach your choice of single-point slings. The shooter is able to free up both hands to perform tasks, while still maintaining control of the AR-15 & M-4 carbine.

The loop is big enough to accept most clip-in sling adapters such as the HK style, Magpul MS3,etc.  Our slings (SL225 Tan, SL226 Olive Green,  SL227 Camo) are a perfect match for this dance.

It is available in right  and left hand.  The right hand model....shown ( # SL223) positions the loop on the left side of the rifle. This keeps the rifle closer and prevents the sling hardware from interfering with the shooters shoulder pocket or buttstock area when firing.   On the left hand model ( # SL224) the loop protrudes on the right side of the rifle.
